Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking
  • Available worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over £50)

  • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship globally (except some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your SUP gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Neoprene products (wetsuits, gloves, boots)
  • Buoyancy aids (personal flotation devices)
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Paddles that have been used in water

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Item: Securely repack in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Oxford address using a trackable service:

Exchanges

For size/color exchanges (subject to availability), follow the returns process but specify “exchange” in your email.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval/rejection within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds processed in 5 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

International Returns

For returns outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid charges
  • Refunds issued in GBP (currency fluctuations may apply)
